This fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation and current income by investing in Qualified Opportunity Zones. Target properties may include office, retail, housing, industrial, mixed-use or other types of properties. Target business opportunities may include new commercial, residential or other real estate development projects. The fund is focused primarily on Qualified Opportunity Zones in Charlotte and Charleston.

The fund was established in 2020 and held its final closing in 2021 with approximately $30 million in capital commitments. This fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation, capital preservation, and income primarily through a variety of real estate-related investments including both performing and distressed real estate mainly in the Charlotte, Charleston and Tampa areas. The fund investment period is 72 months.

Launched in 2022, this fund is focused on distressed and Special Situation opportunities in the real estate sector that are becoming available due to rising interest rates, higher mortgage rates, and other factors. Originally available only to existing Fund investors, this Fund has recently begun accepting additional accredited investors and remains open for investment. The investment period is 60 months.
